Installation & Setup
• Delivery: The chair ships in a single box on a freight pallet. The footrest and armrests attach on site with plug-in electrical and air connectors. Plan on two people for setup. Luraco provides step-by-step installation videos.
• Power: A properly grounded standard 120V household outlet. Do not modify the plug or use an ungrounded adapter.
• Space: Allow at least 36 inches from the front of the chair to the wall, 12 inches between the backrest and the wall behind it, and 18 inches beside the nearest armrest. Fully reclined with the leg rest extended, the chair is 87 inches long.
• Placement: Indoors only, on a level floor. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas such as pools and bathrooms, and from heat sources.
Maintenance
• Regularly: Unplug the chair, then wipe dust from the leather with a damp cloth and mild cleanser and let it air dry. Never use a damp cloth on the electronic components.
• Leather care: Clean and condition the leather periodically using leather care products only.
• Periodically: Lift the back cushion and check it for wear, and keep the chair free of dust. A dust cover helps if the chair will sit unused.
• Software: Keep the chair connected to WiFi so over-the-air updates install automatically.
• Session length: Luraco recommends 20-minute sessions, with no more than 30 minutes per session.
Warranty
• Residential: 5 years parts, 3 years in-home service (parts and labor), and 10 years leather ("guaranteed no tearing").
• Commercial: 1 year parts, 6 months service, and 3 years leather.
• Extended Warranty: $890, for residential use only. It must be purchased within 90 days of the chair purchase and extends coverage to a total of 5 years parts and 5 years labor.
• Terms: In-home service does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations. The warranty is non-transferable and covers the original purchaser at the original location.
