Restore Wellness USA was founded in 2025 in Lake Stevens, Washington, by Dr. Jeffrey Clark and Stasha Howarth-Clark, two seasoned healthcare professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in the health and wellness industry who understand the body, stress, recovery, prevention, and lifestyle-based health.
