Installation & Setup
• Delivery: The chair ships in a single box on a freight pallet. The footrest and armrests attach on site with plug-in electrical and air connectors. Plan on two people for setup. Luraco provides step-by-step installation videos. With white-glove delivery, professional assembly may be included depending on the delivery arrangement.
• Build Time: Built to order. Typically ships within 4–7 business days of your order; holidays may take longer.
• Power: A properly grounded standard 120V household outlet. Do not modify the plug or use an ungrounded adapter.
• Space: Allow at least 36 inches from the front of the chair to the wall, 12 inches between the backrest and the wall behind it, and 18 inches beside the nearest armrest. Fully reclined with the leg rest extended, the chair is 87 inches long.
• Placement: Indoors only, on a level floor. Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas such as pools and bathrooms, and from heat sources.
Maintenance
• Regularly: Unplug the chair, then wipe dust from the leather with a damp cloth and mild cleanser and let it air dry. Never use a damp cloth on the electronic components.
• Leather care: Clean and condition the leather periodically using leather care products only.
• Periodically: Lift the back cushion and check it for wear, and keep the chair free of dust. A dust cover helps if the chair will sit unused.
• Software: Keep the chair connected to WiFi so over-the-air updates install automatically.
• Session length: Luraco recommends 20-minute sessions, with no more than 30 minutes per session.
Warranty
• Residential Warranty: 5 years parts, 3 years service, 10 years leather. Extended Warranty available: $890 (adds 2 more years of service coverage)
• Commercial Warranty: 1 year parts, 6 months service, 3 years leather.
• Extended Service Warranty – $890: Adds 2 additional years of service coverage (labor and repairs) to your residential warranty. Your Luraco comes with 3 years of service included; this extends that to 5 years total. For a chair used daily, one or two service calls over time can make this pay for itself.
