The Finnmark FD-4 Trinity combines full-spectrum infrared heaters with a Harvia traditional sauna heater and a dedicated red light therapy panel, all in one 2-person cedar cabin. Enjoy the deep, even warmth of infrared one day and a classic steam sauna with water on hot rocks the next, all on 120V household power with no 240V wiring.

Why This Sauna Stands Out

Most saunas give you one kind of heat. The Trinity gives you three experiences in one room. UL Listed Spectrum Plus™ short-wave infrared heaters deliver deep, penetrating warmth up to 170°F. The Harvia Vega Compact traditional heater, designed and made in Finland, heats a bed of sauna stones up to 190°F, so you can ladle water over the rocks for a burst of soft steam. And a 192-diode LED panel adds red light at 650nm, with color light settings to set the mood.

Inside, an extra-large two-tier bench gives two adults room to sit at the height and heat they prefer, with 75 inches of interior headroom. The interior is Western Red Cedar, which naturally resists mold, mildew, and odor, and the exterior is Thermal Plus™ Aspen, treated with heat and steam so it resists rotting, warping, and chipping. An 8mm tempered glass door with a gasket seals the heat and steam in.

Installation & Setup

• Delivery: Ships free by LTL freight to the lower 48 states in a single crate (80" × 36" × 52", 485 lbs). Freight is typically curbside, so plan on help to move the crate inside, and measure your doorways and hallways first.

• Assembly: The FD-4 assembles from pre-built wall, floor, and roof panels. Plan on two people and about two hours. Detailed instructions are included.

• Power: The FD-4 runs on 120V household power, with no 240V wiring needed. The infrared heaters and the traditional heater together draw more than a single household circuit can supply, so contact us before ordering to confirm the circuits your home will need. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

• Space: The FD-4 measures 48" W × 48" D × 83" H and fits under a standard 8-foot ceiling. Leave a few inches around the sauna for airflow and room in front for the door to swing open.

• Placement: Indoor use only. Place on a level, hard surface such as tile, concrete, laminate, or hardwood.

Maintenance

• After each session: Sit on a towel to protect the bench from sweat. Leave the door open a few minutes so the interior can dry.

• Weekly: Wipe the bench, backrest, and floor with a damp cloth. Clean the glass with a non-ammonia glass cleaner.

• Cedar care: Never use harsh chemicals, bleach, or wood sealers on the interior cedar. Light sanding removes stains.

• New sauna: Fresh cedar has a strong natural aroma for the first few weeks. Running the sauna a few times before your first session helps it settle.

• Sauna stones: Use only clean water on the stones. Once a year, lift and rearrange the stones and replace any that are cracked or crumbling. Correctly stacked stones are important for safe heater operation and are required to keep the Harvia warranty valid. Finnmark recommends keeping a spare box of stones on hand.
